Frequently asked questions

Could I come to therapy once every two weeks or less regularly if I wanted to?


Yes. However, it is advised for new clients to attend weekly or once every two weeks when starting therapy.




How long will I have to wait for my first appointment?


I can usually book you in for an initial appointment within two weeks. This depends on both of our availability. If you would like to get in touch, please click on "Make an Appointment" at the top of the page.




Where and when are your services available?


Appointments are available on Zoom, Skype, telephone and face-to-face. This would usually be on weekday evenings. Sessions are also available in-person on Wednesday evenings in Central London. Please contact me to schedule an appointment for the full address. Services for organisations, such as group therapies, workshops and training events are available at various times/days. What are your fees?


Fees will vary depending on what you need from the service. A sliding scale for fees is offered, which means I offer reduced rates for students, trainees and those who may be unemployed or struggle to pay the full cost for services; depending on your income and what you can afford.
